The wool that comes in baled or bagged form and jammed should be opened in the wool opening machine to be washed more efficiently before washing. This machine is also effective in more even penetration of chemicals added while washing wool.
Two types of wool opening machine can be produced as 6 and 8 drums. ST37 is used in machine manufacturing. These drums are produced with electrical motors at approximately 1400rmp (3 motors mounted on the drums, 11 KW each).
Drum diameter is 600 mm, thickness is 4 mm.
The drum mill is 60 mm.
The diameter of the lower hole of the drum is 16 mm, the thickness is 2 mm.
Machine body material is 100 NPU.
Machine coverings ST 37 are 3 mm thick.
