The wool comes out of the dryer and is fed by a Pinch Conveyor to the feed conveyor and holding reel of the scoured Wool Cleaner. The ability to change the speed of infeed and inner blades allows the receiver to control the amount of opening / dusting to maximize dust removal. The nip roller delays wool flow while the inner flaps determine the residence time. The waste is transported pneumatically to a Cyclone.
